سلام وقت بخیر

من قبلا composer را نصب داشتم

خواستم یک پروژه لاراولی جدید ایجاد کنم که ارور داد و دانلود نشد

composer رو حذف کردم خواستم از اول نصب کنم دیگه نصب نمیشه که نمیشه

اینم اروری که برمیگردونه
